Winter weddings and winter parties
Winter weddings are growing in popularity and a beautiful winter marquee can make the perfect venue for a unique, bespoke wedding reception. During the summer the sun can still be shining as late as 10pm; some guests may want to be outside, which is lovely, but not necessarily ideal for creating a party atmosphere. Not a problem with a winter marquee – with the sun setting early and the temperature dropping, your guests will want to be warm and snug inside!
For weddings, if you time it right, the subtle winter light will fade during the wedding breakfast with the sun setting during the speeches. Just in time for the party to start!

Heating for Christmas and Winter Marquees
We offer a subtle, thermostatically controlled, ‘indirect’ heating system to warm our Christmas and winter marquees. Stored outside of the marquee, our heater units are powered by kerosene or diesel. Slimline, floor level vents; subtly integrated into the Marquee design for an unobtrusive look and feel, are used to deliver heat to the marquee.
Our heater units are thermostatically controlled, making it very easy set and adjust the heating levels to ensure that they are just right for your event, all evening long. Additionally, our heater units double up as fans. So, if the evening turns out to be warmer than expected, you can simply switch from heat to fan in order to circulate air around your marquee venue.
Our marquee heaters are incredibly easy to use and the thermostat functions can be accessed and operated from inside the Marquee; so you won’t need to brave the elements to adjust the temperature settings! You can find out more about our marquee heaters here.

Plus, we’ll be there during the build and de-rig phases, managing and coordinating delivery and removal of all third party items.

We regularly work with a variety of different event planners and coordinators at our clients request. An event coordinator can make a huge difference to an event, taking the stress out of planning and management, both in the run up to and on the day of the event.
However, not everybody wants, needs or can afford to hire a full time event planner. Therefore, we work with an event coordination specialist to offer our own, simplified, but comprehensive Premium Level Event Co-ordination service. Allowing you to step back, relax and enjoy your wedding or event.

- 6 weeks prior to your event: Initial face to face consultation with our event coordinator
- 2 weeks before your event: A second face to face consultation with our event coordinator
- Our event and wedding coordinator will attend your wedding/event rehearsal

- Liaison with all of your suppliers before the event to confirming arrival & delivery times etc.
