Hello, I’m Tom of Splendid Sounds. I have a small team of dream DJs who really get what you want from a mobile disco experience.
We put on stylish, fun discos that get your friends up, dancing and having a great time. We all need to party and we’re really good at making them awesome.
Getting to know you.? There’s a reason our parties are so very good! And it’s a secret, but since you asked… Before your party we listen to you. We find out what you like and what you don’t like. Then we play the right music at the right time, at the right volume. On the day, we are reliable and professional,? so you can relax and enjoy yourself. So trust us, these secrets are for your partying benefit.
Lighting
When it comes to creating atmosphere, we’re also pretty good at lighting. We use professional theatre lighting to create stunning effects and set the scene. Our sound to light technology makes a cool light show during the disco, matching lighting to the music to build atmosphere so that your friends won’t want the party to end. The result is always a professional, neat looking set up without making too much ambient light, important for getting people to dance.
So smart
Your DJ will be dressed for the occasion whether it be black tie, contemporary or fancy dress.
Our disco is pretty smart too. Choose from an all black or all white set up. I can send you pictures of what it will all look so you know what to expect before the day.

Wedding Disco
A great disco brings everyone together and that’s what weddings are all about. Having your nearest and dearest all up on the dance floor is a thrilling and heartwarming experience. We specialise in getting young and old and even your grumpiest uncle up and having the best time. And don’t worry, just like the best weddings, we are stylish, glamorous, fun, but never naff.
We’re with you every step of the way. From background music, lighting, setting up microphones for speeches, to the first dance and the disco, we will work with you on the detail and how music and lighting fits in with other aspects of your wedding day. And if you are looking for ideas, or what may work best, we have experience working with over 1500 couples to not only make their day run smoothly but given them the party that everyone remembered.
