The Herringbone Cocktail Club offers a first-class roaming acoustic package for clients who don’t necessarily want the volume or hassle of a full, amplified band.
They will effortlessly move around your event creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as well as interacting with your guests. This is a perfect choice for an afternoon champagne reception for example where you might not be sure whether it’s going to be inside or outside… this band are the perfect choice whatever the weather.
Standard set lengths are 2 x 45 minutes but can be tailored to the needs of the client. Instead of roaming around totally acoustically, Jay has designed and made an amazing roaming PA amp – The “Wireless Roaming PA” is a small format, battery-powered system, which is flight-cased and sits on wheels. It comes with the guys around the event as they play. It doesn’t necessarily mean a ‘louder’ performance at all, it just means that they are able to play and sing naturally and still be heard. It guarantees a smooth, even sound that will leave your guests wondering how the band managed to sound so good without an electrical wire in sight. They work incredibly well during drinks receptions, during dinner parties and meals, roaming around tables and playing in between or during courses.
