Does it get any better than that?
We think it does! Not everyone likes having to take care of every single detail. Not everyone wants to get bogged down in phone calls and emails, budgets, diary dates and schedules. And let’s face it, some of us just don’t necessarily do ‘organising’ terribly well! Planning a party for a small group of friends in your home is one thing. Planning an event on a larger scale, which involves any number of suppliers, and making sure that everything comes together without a glitch on the day is something completely different.
We’ve seen how stressful it can become as the date for a special event looms ever closer. A family event such as a wedding or milestone birthday can end up causing arguments and fall outs between family members who have been co-opted to take care of certain elements. Organising a corporate event can become time consuming to the point that day-to-day workload suffers. Wouldn’t it be better to entrust some or all of the headaches to someone who takes everything in their stride, who thrives on the very things that causes stress and worry for others.
Which is why we’ve introduced our event coordinator service, headed up by the ultra-organised and highly creative Lucy. Lucy has worked in the events industry for the best part of 10 years – that’s a lot of experience and a very keen eye for the very smallest details that can make a special event that much more perfect and memorable.
Enjoy a stress-free event
We offer two levels of event coordination. We fully recognise that many clients want to source suppliers themselves, vet them, compare prices and make a final decision. But we can then take the reins and keep everything on track. Instead of constant communication with many different suppliers, you’ll meet with Lucy six weeks before your event to get the ball rolling, and again two weeks before to discuss final details. Lucy will coordinate and liaise with all your suppliers in the lead up to the event, and will be there on the day to check that everything happens exactly as planned. There’ll be no hiding behind spreadsheets on the day – this is a sleeves rolled up, get stuck in service, right down to decorating the marquee or setting out tables if need be, as well as an incredible ability to think fast, calmly and clearly to address any last minute panics that might arise.

Quite apart from removing a huge amount of work from you, it means – more importantly – that you’ll be infinitely more relaxed on the day itself, able to enjoy the food, the entertainment, the décor… your guests!
